Chewy’s Distribution Center, located in Houston, TX is one of the largest online pet food and other pet related item distributions companies. Their new 695,000-square-foot warehouse in Houston, TX is a fully heating and cooled. GDS provided all of the HVAC, ductwork and condensate piping for this 672,00-square-foot state-of-the-art warehouse. In addition to warehouse space, there is 28,000-square-foot of fully-air conditioned office areas, breakrooms, in and out bound offices. Packaged rooftop units, full DDC controls with remote access, 24’ diameter high volume low speed fans, that were all installed by GDS according to owner specifications to achieve the owners desired warehouse conditions. The office areas were all conditioned using constant-volume rooftop units.
