Commerce Center Park – Building #1, located in Papillion, NE. This new 284,958-square-foot warehouse is designed for move in ready tenant. Building is heated with ten (10) gas fired units and ventilated with six (6) 24’ diameter high volume low speed fans. GDS provided all of the HVAC, ductwork and natural gas piping for this warehouse.
