Stafford Logistics Center Building 6 is a LEED Certified distribution facility located in Aurora, CO. This new 1,015,000-square-foot distribution center is fully ventilated during summer months and heated during the winter months. GDS provided all of the make-up air equipment, summer ventilation fans, 24’ diameter HVLS fans and natural gas piping throughout the building.
