Savannah College of Arts and Design (SCAD) is a new 248,650-square-foot; 17-story residential dormitory tower and 6-story parking garage project located in historic Savannah, GA nestled along the Savannah River.  The parking garage structure was a design build project in which GDS provided full design and installation of all HVAC system. The residential tower was a fully coordinated BIM project entailing 303-water source heat pumps, 11,000 linear-feet of condenser water piping, 3-dedicated outside air units, 2-cell cooling tower, condenser water pumps, full kitchen including several hoods, exhaust fans, make-up air units and grease ductwork.
